GPUCompare Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Service Provision

GPUCompare provides a comparative analysis tool for GPU pricing per hour across various cloud providers. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information but do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of the information provided.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GPUCompare and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of GPUCompare.

5. User Contributions

Users may post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

6. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by GPUCompare. GPUCompare has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that GPUCompare shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

7. Data Collection and GDPR Compliance

We collect the following information during account creation: first name, last name, and email. Users may optionally provide their company name. All data is stored in compliance with GDPR standards, and sensitive information such as passwords is hashed for security. Users have the right to delete their accounts and associated data at any time.

8. Company Page Management

Only authorized individuals may take control of a company page. Their email domain must match the company's website domain, and they must hold an appropriate hierarchical level. While our team verifies claims, GPUCompare is not liable for identity theft or unauthorized control of a company page.

9. Review Authenticity and Responsibility

Users must provide honest reviews based on genuine experiences. They are encouraged to submit proof, such as invoices. GPUCompare is not liable for false reviews, but will remove any proven fraudulent content.

10. Contesting Reviews

Providers may contact GPUCompare at contact@gpucompare.com for page-related inquiries, including review removal. We will assess each request and take appropriate action in the best interest of both users and page owners.

11. Review Policy

Providers cannot opt out of receiving reviews, as they contribute to transparent consumer information. We encourage providers to manage their page and respond contextually to reviews.

12. Cost and Pricing

Account creation is free for users and companies. Core features, including account creation, review submission, and posting of cloud opportunities, are free and will remain so. We are developing premium features to be offered without subscription obligations.
